Middlebury Catering
The Department of Event Management collaborates closely with Middlebury Catering and Dining Services to create memorable, successful events for student organizations, faculty, staff, and non-college clients.
Event Management/MiddCatering Policies*
- Resources and staffing are limited, and so pre-planning and early communication regarding events with catering support is critical.
- Event confirmations with MiddCatering flagged do not guarantee support from MiddCatering.
- All catering requests must be submitted via CaterTrax.
- Event requests for licensed spaces will be considered on a case-by-case basis and approved only if resources are available to support them.
- Middlebury dining halls (Proctor, Ross, and Atwater Dining Halls), Kirk Center, Wilson Café, McCullough Grille, Bread Loaf Inn dining room, Bread Loaf Inn kitchen, Bread Loaf Little Theater, and Bread Loaf West Lawn are licensed exclusively by MiddCatering. By law, self-catering and non-college caterers are not permitted in these spaces.
