    Urban Cadence Opening Reception

    Exhibition Opening for Urban Cadence: Street Scenes from Lagos and Johannesburg

    Mingle with fellow art and music lovers over drinks (cash bar) and complimentary hors-d’oeuvres. At 5:30, members of the Middlebury Afropop Band (directed by Associate Professor of Music Damascus Kafumbe) will enliven the event with a short musical set. Student guides will be on hand to talk about highlights from the exhibition.

    Interested in the pre-health sciences? Want more resources and guidance on volunteering, research opportunities, or any other extracurriculars? Stop by the Pre-Health Society’s Mindfulness and Mentorship hours to ask for tips from other Midd pre-health students on how to make the most of your time here! This week we’ll be focusing particularly on volunteering around the community, but feel free to bring questions of any sort!
