    For 27 years and counting, we’ve welcomed incoming students by inviting them to be part of the First-Year Show. This ensemble production comes together quickly—just in time for Fall Family Weekend. It’s supported by a team of student directors, playwrights, designers and crew, making the show a great introduction to the department.

    Equestrian Team Home Show

    Join the Middlebury College Equestrian Team as we host our annual home show at the Eddy Farm, just a 5 minute drive away from campus! We’ll compete in hunt seat equitation against other New England schools such as UVM, UNH, Colby-Sawyer, and Northeastern. Jumping starts at 9:30am and flat classes start around noon. Concessions are cash only.

    Center for Careers and Internships at the Fall Family Weekend Welcome Center

    The Center for Careers and Internships (CCI) works with students throughout their four years to help assess their interests, gain experience, and develop a plan for the future. CCI’s advisors and resources focus on all areas of career exploration, from arts to technology to finance to education, and more. We host many information sessions and workshops each year that build skills and connect students with employers and alumni. CCI also helps with decisions such as choosing a major and finding and funding summer and winter term internships.

  • Marathon Reading, The Iliad

    The Eve Adler Department of Classics is pleased to announce our first marathon reading since 2019. We will be reading Homer’s Iliad, if you are interested in participating (we’re using an English translation, no prior knowledge of the text or Greek is necessary) please contact Trish Dougherty.
