    For our first staff/faculty development event of the new academic year, the CTLR is hosting a lunchtime conversation that builds upon the intriguing discussions developing from the Teaching & Writing Retreat held in late August. Folks who attended the retreat wished that we had had more time to dig deeper into questions related to our assumptions about what to expect from our students. This catered lunch gathering is an opportunity to do just that.
