Managing Stress (with Stella the dog)
This group is to help students process stress and stress management. The group is a 50 minute open format occurring once per week, and a space for students to engage in conversation with each other around topics of stress. Stella, the therapy dog will present for students who would like to engage with her. An evening focused on mental health stigma reduction through story sharing and community.
