MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is explosive– movements are big, full-out, and our very best! As a licensed MixxedFit® instructor, Sarah combines original, easy-to-follow dance choreographies with bodyweight toning exercises to provide a dance-party-meets-HIIT group fitness experience. The Project-Based Learning (PBL) Community of Practice is launching a semi-monthly schedule of meetings for faculty and staff interested in discussing, sharing, and providing mutual support for Project-Based Learning pedagogy.
