  • Golf Yoga

Yoga can be tremendously enjoyable and of terrific benefit to a golfer, both physically and mentally. In our class, we will attend to both body and mind, with an emphasis on having ourselves a good time. Our routine will be accessible to most everyone, mixed with a few challenges to keep you on your toes. Even if yoga isn’t your thing, I can practically guarantee you’ll love the relaxation meditation we’ll do at the end of each class!

    Shape-Note Singing

Please note that the group will meet off-campus for caroling on Dec. 11, 2022.

Described as spiritual, joyful, powerful, and raucous, Shape Note (or Sacred Harp) singing is a traditional American style of four-part, a capella, community singing popular in the United States before the Civil War. This style still thrives across the US and in the UK, with strongholds in the American South and New England. It is called Shape-Note because the notes of the scale are indicated by distinctive shapes and names.
