Oracle Resources
Oracle is Middlebury’s Human Resources system, helping staff to manage benefits, submit and approve time cards, and request time away, among other things.
Logging In
New and returning employees will be invited via email to set up multi-factor authentication. After you’ve enrolled in multi-factor authentication, you can log in and start using the system. Before logging in please read these log in instructions to avoid locking your account!
Please note: Firefox is the recommended browser for HCM. If you run into problems with another browser, please try using Firefox.
Resources
Middlebury has developed a variety of Oracle resources to guide employees through common Oracle tasks such as basic navigation, updating contact info, entering time/absences, and more. Whether you’re learning HCM for the first time—or back for a refresher—this site will help you learn the essentials. Resources are categorized by Oracle module and audience, as listed below.
IMPORTANT: If you have not already enrolled in multi-factor authentication for GMHEC, please take a moment to do so now. This important security measure is required for all employees. Instructions are here. It usually takes just a few minutes, and if you need help, contact the Middlebury Helpdesk.
