Payroll manages employee pay, tax withholding, W2s, direct deposit, and ensures timely and accurate biweekly payroll processing. They’re the goto team for questions about paychecks and tax forms.

The Benefits team supports employees with medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, life events, and enrollment questions. They help you understand and manage your benefits throughout the year.

My Secure Advantage provides confidential financial wellness coaching, tools, and resources to help employees manage budgeting, debt, savings, and long-term financial planning.

TIAA offers retirement planning support, investment guidance, and account management for Middlebury employees participating in the College’s retirement plan.

The EFAP provides confidential counseling, work life resources, and support services for employees and their families, helping with personal, emotional, and professional challenges.
