Specialized are deep dives into specific content areas and cover a wide array of critical skills that will help a leader be successful. Each specific skill workshop will hone in on the tactics, skills and tools needed to master a skill and how to build competence to be successful. The workshop will include opportunities to build awareness and understanding, discuss practical application and clarify how to seek support and additional learning.
