Program Overview
Foundational Skills are ten foundational skills that represent the fundamental elements of an employee lifecycle and critical inflection points around people strategy, operational excellence and organizational leadership.
Each workshop is a general introduction to key components of leadership that is relevant at every level and will lay out a proactive foundation for leaders to engage, build knowledge and understand tools and resources.
