Managing Self
Effective leadership begins with a focus on self and taking an “inside out approach”. We all have the opportunity to influence and take responsibility for how we show up.

In the “Managing Self” workshop will introduce useful strategies that you can immediately apply to improve how you manage yourself.
We look at the four skill sets of effective self-management, some tools for building self-awareness and self-regulation, and practices for building empathy and social skills.
