  • If you have been giving regular feedback without change, discuss Corrective Action options with your HRBP​

  • If you have not been giving feedback, your HRBP can work with you to take those steps before considering corrective action​

  • Regular and timely feedback is expected ​

  • If feedback intervals are not timely, the HRBP will work with the supervisor to realign and revisit feedback​

  • Your HR Business Partner is available at any point to support you​
