Whether you are a supervisor or individual contributor, in “Supervisor Fundamentals” you will learn strategies to establish clear communication, shared goals and support for ongoing development.
This workshop will review fundamental practices that can facilitate effective working relationships between supervisor and their direct reports, starting with on-boarding and continuing throughout the working relationship.
This workshop is open to all employees.
