For Staff, Service Outages

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with Microsoft 365, which may prevent some users from accessing or using certain services and features. The vendor has identified the problem and issued a fix that is now in progress.

As this is a service degradation, some users are successfully accessing Microsoft apps through different platforms. If you encounter issues, we recommend refreshing your account or trying an alternative method, such as:

- Using the fully installed desktop versions of Microsoft apps.

- Accessing the online (web-based) versions.

- Using the mobile apps on your phone or tablet.
