Fixes and Tweaks

• All Drupal 8 sites now support a Search component that can show search results scoped to a portion of the site.
• The Institute’s events calendar now notes that the times listed for events are relative to the Pacific time zone.
• Headings in the Event Schedule component on Drupal 8 sites will show an anchor icon you can link to.
• Added a view to show a list of past Arts events.
• Tier 1 editors on the Institute site can now manage newsroom categories.
• Applied a patch that allows editors to use the “Reset to alphabetical” button on category pages.
• Switched the Study Abroad Course Information Database to use the “application” theme.
• When trying to access the export feature from the Study Abroad Course Information Database, unauthenticated users will be redirected to a login page rather than seeing an error message.
