Be a Student Presenter
LiM participants deepen their intercultural experience and perspective within a community of other internationally focused students.
Applications for Language in Motion are now closed. Please check back in early September 2023 for more information about applying.
After filling out the application, we will review it and follow up with you directly. Once accepted into the program, Middlebury College students will complete three 90-minute training sessions on developing and delivering engaging presentations on language and culture. Students are then matched with a local teacher to complete the development of their presentations and plan for their classroom visit.
After the semester’s presentations are completed, all presenters will gather to reflect on lessons learned. We estimate this to be at minimum a 12-hour commitment with the option to extend this commitment to subsequent semesters and presentations.
