  1. Enroll in multi factor authentication through GMHEC.
    This important security measure is required for all employees before using the system. Instructions are here. It usually takes just a few minutes, but if you need extra help, contact the Middlebury Helpdesk.
     
  2. Complete the self-guided training program.
    Middlebury has developed a self-guided training curriculum in collaboration with the company Safe Colleges. This website will also contain in-depth resources to support you after you’ve completed training. To begin training, visit our training section.
     
  3. Log in to the Oracle HCM system.
    After you’ve enrolled in multifactor authentication and completed your training, you can log in and start using the system.
