We are pleased to report that access to Canvas is restored. Users were receiving page errors and encountered long load times while trying to interact with Canvas. Instructure’s team was able to identify the cause and implemented a fix to alleviate the behavior.
Load times have returned to normal and errors have subsided. Instructure will continue to monitor Canvas performance to ensure that there is no further recurring behavior of these issues.
