As we approach our holiday break we want to update you on IT Helpdesk hours and our availability to assist you.
The IT Helpdesk will be open through Friday, December 18, then close for the weekend of December 19-20. We will be open during business hours (9:00 am - 4:00pm ET) December 21-23.
The Helpdesk will be closed December 24 - January 3. If you have an emergency during this time, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. We will be checking in every other day to respond only to campus emergencies.
With the Monterey campus back in session starting January 4, we will reopen that week with coverage from (9:00 AM/12:00 Noon-5:00 PM/8:00 PM M-F) Pacific Time/Eastern Standard Time. More on Helpdesk hours can be found at go/helpdeskhours.
