Fixes and Tweaks

• Text with an @ symbol in it is now only linked like an email address in Drupal 8 sites if it ends in a TLD, like .edu or .com.
• We’ve added a module that automatically translates quotes in Drupal 8 content into “smart quotes” as well as addressing some other typography issues, like widows.
• When doing incremental enrollment updates (every 5 minutes) the Course Hub had been failing to enroll students/instructors that it had never seen before (and didn’t already have accounts set up for), only picking them up the next morning during the full sync. The Hub now tries to import new accounts during incremental enrollment syncs, ensuring that all enrollments get updated within about 5 minutes of entry into Banner.
