Form 1098-T reports the tuition you were billed and any aid, if applicable, received during the last calendar year.  The form is available online at www.1098t.com . That website also provides useful information on available tax credits which can be claimed when filing a federal tax return.

In response to new federal regulations, Middlebury College now requires ALL STUDENTS either purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan offered by the college or sign a waiver indicating that the student is covered by a comparable U.S.-based plan.  Students who do not sign the waiver will be billed for College-sponsored health insurance.

Spring Semester E-billing
