Tax Season and 1098-T's

Form 1098-T reports the tuition you were billed and any aid, if applicable, received during the last calendar year. The form is available online at www.1098t.com . That website also provides useful information on available tax credits which can be claimed when filing a federal tax return.

Student Health Insurance Plan

In response to new federal regulations, Middlebury College now requires ALL STUDENTS either purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan offered by the college or sign a waiver indicating that the student is covered by a comparable U.S.-based plan. Students who do not sign the waiver will be billed for College-sponsored health insurance.

To submit proof of comparable coverage, fill out the online waiver form at Gallagher Koster.

Spring Semester E-billing

Spring semester billing notifications will be emailed to students and authorized payers in early November. Bills are due in full by January 15.
