Counseling
Counseling is located in Centeno House. Counselors at Middlebury are confidential, licensed professionals who offer 1:1 meetings and groups at no cost to students enrolled in Middlebury programs. There is no “wrong” reason for wanting to speak to a therapist or to try it out and see if it helps. As college students, you’re asked to manage a lot, and it can be very supportive to have someone who is trained to listen, ask questions, and provide support. Scheduled counseling is also available via TimelyCare, as is TalkNow – a 24/7 hotline that can provide mental health support, crisis counseling, and referrals to other types of support.
