    Volunteer with ACEing Autism!
    ACEing Autism is a national non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions grow and develop social connections through the sport of tennis. At the Middlebury chapter, our goal is to lower barriers and create a neurodiverse community. 
    We will host weekly, one-hour clinics on Sundays at the Proctor Tennis Courts or Nelson Recreation Center (depends on the weather), pairing each volunteer one-to-one with a participant. No prior tennis experience is required to volunteer.

    Vermont Library Day was created by the State Legislature and signed into law spring of 2026, as Act 127. It will be held annually on the third Monday of October. The statewide observance recognizes libraries as essential community resources and honors the contributions of library workers across the state.

Attendees can observe the repair process, learn which fixes are most effective, and connect with student groups focused on outdoor access and sustainability. This event is open to everyone and encourages reducing waste through reuse and repair.
