ISSUE - Access to Microsoft 365 Online Apps

We are experiencing an issue with access to Microsoft 365 online apps (Outlook web, Word Online, Excel Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc). Some individuals may encounter problems trying to access the online Microsoft 365 apps and services. 

Microsoft has acknowledged this issue is impacting customers in North and South America. We will provide an update as soon as we know more.
