We continue to experience issues with access to Microsoft 365 online apps including Outlook web, Word Online, Excel Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, and others. Some individuals may encounter problems trying to access online Microsoft 365 apps and services. 

Microsoft is providing regular updates on their efforts to resolve the issue, which is confirmed to be impacting customers in North and South America. We will pass along additional information as we receive it.
