Fixes and tweaks
- Fixed an issue that was preventing the Course Hub from provisioning course sites in WordPress after Decembers WordPress authentication change.
- Fixed an issue with guest-logins to WordPress that was preventing users from logging in a second time.

- Fixed an issue where portrait aspect ratio images uploaded from iOS devices would have thumbnails incorrectly rotated.
