| April 17th | Deadline for Undergraduate Research Office Summer Research Assistant (SRA) Form |
| April 19th | Workable hire data due for Summer Employment. This is a supervisor action. Students will receive a confirmation once HR begins processing their hire information. |
| May 27th | Summer Employment term begins. |
| June 8th/9th | First summer housing arrival window. |
| June 16th | Summer dining begins. |
| June 22nd/23rd | Second summer housing arrival window. |
| July | Open summer worker arrival as long as it’s planned with ResLife for a weekend arrival |
| August 16th | Summer dining ends |
| August 18th | Summer housing move out date. |
| September 8th | Last day of summer employment. |
