QuadC
The CTLR’s new scheduler to access tutoring and advising is QuadC. You will be able to log in using your school credentials, select services, and search to find academic resources.
Below are general QuadC FAQs. For additional information:
- See the New CTLR Scheduler Overview - QuadC
- Contact the individual program directors for program specific information.
- Use the QuadC help menu for general platform guides.
- Contact Colleen Norden for all other questions.
Update 9/18/25: We are currently transitioning schedulers. See the old scheduler for program specific updates.
Students
Where can I find STEM and quantitative tutoring information?
STEM and quantitative tutoring are not yet available in the new scheduler. For now, you can see the drop-in calendar or contact your course tutor to schedule a 1-1 appointment. Contact Jenny Calawa with questions.
Why don't I see any results when I search for my course?
Not all courses have tutoring available. You can try searching by subject to see more options (ex. Chemistry, Writing). Also review what is checked for your filter options on the left as they may be limiting your search results. Talk to your professor or contact the CTLR if you are unsure what tutoring options are available for you.
Hosts (Tutors/Advisors)
How do I become a host?
You first need to be hired as a tutor. You can contact the program directors or search on Workable for positions using “CTLR” as a keyword. After you are hired you will be able to sign up in QuadC as a host.
Faculty and Staff
I'm a current staff member, why do I get an error message when I try to log in?
Enrolled students and faculty currently have access to QuadC. Staff can also request access by emailing Colleen Norden.
