There are about 450 Middlebury geology graduates, 60% of whom have gone on to obtain graduate degrees. Many of these are teaching geology at colleges and universities throughout the country. Below are some alumni home pages.
The post-Middlebury career paths of several alumni are featured in a special webpage hosted by the Center for Careers and Internships at the College.

The Cashman Sisters
Pat, Sue and Kathy Cashman all graduated from Middlebury College with degrees in geology. They then obtained Ph.D. degrees in geology, and remarkably, are now all teaching geology at colleges and universities in the U.S. For their outstanding contributions to the geosciences, all three were awarded honorary degrees from Middlebury College in 2008.
