Grain Size Analyzer

The particle size analyzer is an instrument capable of simultaneously analyzing particle size of suspended powders over the range 0.01 um to 2 mm. It is currently being used in geology and environmental science courses and research to assess problems such as porosity and permeability, infiltration rates, chemical reactivity of solid phases, stratigraphic correlation, depositional mechanisms, and sample separation.
