Adam Dean joined the Department of Political Science in the summer of 2014. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, his MSc from the London School of Economics, and his PhD from the University of Chicago. He teaches courses on International Relations and International Political Economy and his research focuses on the politics of international trade, labor politics, and American Political Development.
His book, From Conflict to Coalition: Profit-Sharing Institutions and the Political Economy of Trade, was published by Cambridge University Press in 2016.
