The AAP website is your source for interviewing information and your connection to the AAP program. You will be able to change your password, update your personal information with the College, find your AAP chair’s contact information, access your assignment list, fill out the alumni report, check decisions, and find links to newsletters and other useful information.
If entering from the Middlebury College website, go to www.middlebury.edu. Click on Admissions, then Alumni Admissions Program, and then “restricted site” (a small link near the bottom of the page in the main body of text.) You can also go directly to the page by typing in this link: http://go.middlebury.edu/aapsite
Enter your 8 digit ID number (including leading zeros, i.e., 00001111) and your password. (First time users, please note that the default password is “changeme.”) Click on “Login” to enter. Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password and provide a password hint in case you forget it. Please keep your password and ID number accessible!
If you do not have your ID or password, simply click on the link “Forgot User ID or Password?” and enter your email address. Your UserID and password will be emailed to you.

It is very important to keep information on the “Personal Info” link up-to-date so that we can reach you and be efficient in our assigning and entering of interviews. Since most communication is conducted through email, please make sure that we have the correct email address on file. If you need to make changes, use the link “update your information here” to send us new information. Please include your ID number in all communications regarding updates.

You will probably spend most of your time on the “See Assignments” tab of the AAP website. Here you will find the student’s contact information along with the link to the interview form. You can also see the date that the interview was assigned, along with the status of the interview form.
The “export” button allows you to download your list of assignees to an excel sheet if you wish.
