Activities: I'm a leader in the Sunday Night Group (Middlebury's umbrella environmental action organization), the director of the Student Government Association's (SGA) Environmental Affairs Committee, and a member of Environmental Council. I've also worked as a Head Residential Sustainability Coordinator, volunteered with the Middlebury College Organic Garden, acted and directed with the Middlebury College Musical Players, and spit poetry with Middlebury's slam poetry team, Poor Form Poetry. Occasionally I write for MiddBlog. Outside of Middlebury, I volunteer with a youth-led sustainable development organization called SustainUS. 

Study Abroad: Instead of going abroad my junior year, I elected to take a semester off to help coordinate a youth delegation to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Durban, South Africa. During that time I also worked at the Center for Whole Communities at Knoll Farm in Waitsfield, Vermont.
