Karen Engler Bartlett ’95.5 and her husband Jud, also class of 1995, were drawn back to the Middlebury community in 2007 after a decade in New Hampshire where Karen was a teacher, coach and college counselor at a small boarding school. After a few years of staying at home with their two young children, Karen joined the Admission Office in 2011. When she’s not in the office, Karen can be found growing, harvesting and preserving more food than she knows what to do with and promoting Vermont’s Farm to School program. When her garden is frozen, Karen takes to the slopes with family at the Middlebury Snow Bowl where she has fond memories of graduating as a Feb.
