Next Steps for Enrollment - Middlebury at Mills

All students, both new and returning, must submit the deposit and enrollment form. You will need your ID# which will be included in your acceptance email. The enrollment process is not complete until deposit and enrollment/rooming form are received by the Language Schools.

Please submit these items within two weeks of receiving your acceptance, unless you are waiting to hear about funding. If you have applied for financial aid, you may send us your enrollment decision within two weeks of your aid notification. It is not necessary to let us know that you are waiting to hear about aid.

1. $250 Non-refundable deposit (check/money order or credit/debit card)

Log back in to the application site. Click "accept our offer". The next screen will ask you to confirm your intent to enroll and ask for an electronic signature. Select the method you will use to pay.

Pay by credit card (a convenience fee of 2.75% will be added): You will be directed to the payment gateway. Note: Do not save the payment gateway link to your browser favorites nor should you forward the link to a third party. Doing so will result in a payment error and the payment will not be applied to your enrollment. After successfully paying, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message and a payment receipt email.


Pay by mail. Mail check/money order (made out to Middlebury College) to Middlebury Language Schools, Sunderland Language Center, 14 Old Chapel Road, Middlebury, VT 05753. Please include student name, ID, School name, and "tuition deposit" in the memo line.
