Need-Based Financial Aid
Our need-based financial aid is awarded in the form of grants. This means that if you qualify, you will attend the Language Schools at a reduced cost. We are only able to offer partial need-based grants. You will typically be responsible for a significant portion of the cost to attend. You will also be responsible for travel to and from the program, books, and personal expenses.
Please note that need-based grant funds are limited and do run out. Aid awards are offered on a “first come, first served” basis. If you need financial aid to attend, you are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Please consult ‘Dates and Fees’ under Immersion or Graduate Program for your Language School of interest for the maximum need-based grant. You are responsible for paying the remaining cost. Consult Student Financial Services for additional information.
You must submit the deposit within two weeks of your award notification (if you have financial aid award) or your Middlebury financial aid will be subject to cancellation and offered to the next student or students in line.
