Primary Purpose
Childcare is the primary responsibility which will include diapering, feeding, outdoor time, nap support, playing/awake-time engagement. Childcare would happen primarily at our home in Middlebury, where one parent is working from home.
Experience working with children under the age of 1 necessary. We are looking for someone who is excited to work with an LGBTQ+ family. Our hope is that this person will be comfortable as an extension of our family, meaning your personality, interests, and passions will valued.
