ISSUE - Login timeouts to multiple services

We are experiencing issues with Microsoft cloud authentication services, resulting in login failures when signing into services using Microsoft’s single sign-on service.

Microsoft provides security and authentication services for a variety services, including:

• Canvas
• Microsoft Office (Outlook)
• Zoom
• OneDrive
• SharePoint Online
• Oracle Finance/HCM
• Banner
• GlobalProtect VPN
• Nasuni Web Access
• TeamDynamix
• Blackbaud
• and other key services
