New and Returning Student Forms and Resources
Welcome new, international students and welcome back to our students returning from a leave of absence!
From this page, you can find the Forms and Resources you will need as a new, incoming, international student at Middlebury College, the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, or a participant in one of our Schools programs (including language schools). These are the same forms students might need if returning from a leave of absence or time away and needing a new, initial I-20 document.
Whether you are an academic year student, an exchange student, a non-degree seeking student, or a summer program student, all of the forms and instructions you need to prepare for obtaining an I-20 or DS-2019 document from the Middlebury ISSS office can be found here.
We edit these materials on a regular basis and then publish the websites in a timely manner in preparation for each academic year or summer term. If you do not see the I-20 or DS-2019 application instructions as a sub-menu here, that means we are working on these instructions and will have them live and ready for use soon!
