Within this menu you will find forms and resources related to various types of student employment.  Make sure you are also familiar with the Student Employment Information page which gives you further information on required forms, required reporting, and maintaining your visa status while in various periods of student employment.     

Here you will find forms related to Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and Academic Training (AT).  The Student Employment Information page gives more information about these various types of student employment and the requirements necessary to take advantage of each of them.
