Partner Inclusion Program
Welcome to the Partner Inclusion Program where we provide comprehensive support services to the employees and spouses and partners of Middlebury employees.
With highly attentive and personalized support, we assist employees, and spouses and partners of employees in obtaining relevant employment and community resources by connecting them to diverse campus and community networks.
Our services include:
- Personalized career networking with guidance
- Orientation on how to use campus and community resources and amenities
- Dedicated webpages for employment seekers
- Access to an active partner network of organizations, higher education institutions, and businesses
- Middlebury invests in dual career family platforms like the Plus One Network. Membership in the is covered at NO COST by Middlebury. This serves partners from over 12 institutions in New England and Upstate New York.
- You can Discover in-person and remote job, volunteer, and research prospects.
- Highlight your qualifications by posting your resume/CV.
- Enhance career skills through webinars and workshops.
- Join private groups to connect with dual-career couples based on common identities and affiliations.

Spring 2025
Mud season is here! Fluctuating temperatures, melting ice and snow gives way to flowing maple sap and boiling fragrant syrup! Look out for Spring Maple events Open HouseWeekend, and festivals, and gardening workshops on how and what to plant. Now, we may get at least one last snow storm, but the warmth and smell of spring is in the air. Check out some spring festivals and farm & food events.
The month of May harkens the bright shades of spring blooms shining on the green hills of Vermont. Warmer temperatures allow us greater access to the outdoors: hiking, and the lovely Lake Champlain. Open Studios are a great way to see the crafting landscape of Vermont. Planning is afoot for summer activities for our kids, Minibury, Rutland Summer Camp Guide, and Vermont Camp finder will help with finding something for everyone! Do not forget that there is Art in every season; check out Addison Arts for what is showing, performing, and playing near us!
