2027 Benefits 

If you are a benefits-eligible Middlebury employee, we hope you will take the time to learn as much as possible about what is available to you and your family.

Important Notice for J-1 Visa Holders
J-1 exchange visitors (and J-2 dependents) are subject to federal health insurance requirements that are separate from our benefits eligibility rules. Our plans do not meet all these requirements. Please contact International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) at isss@middlebury.edu before making your benefit elections so they can advise you on compliant coverage and any steps you need to take to maintain your visa status.
