Issue UPDATE - Outlook Email on Windows Computers

Microsoft reports that most issues concerning Outlook email on Windows computers have been resolved, but they are still working on a few remaining aspects that could impact a small number of users.  Some of our customers report using Outlook on Windows this morning without any problems.

Access to messages via Webmail is working, as well as access through mobile apps.  Outlook on Mac desktops is not impacted by this issue.
