Funding up to $1,500 is available for the academic year to support new directions in teaching.

The Pedagogy Enrichment Fund (PEF) facilitates a wide range of new pedagogical activities. Preparing new modules in a course, developing new courses, or exploring new approaches to teaching and learning have all been funded.

Other examples of supported expenses include attending a workshop or conference on pedagogy, for materials for a new class exercise, or bringing an expert on some aspect of curricular development to campus.

The limit for a request is $1,500. Requests for funding will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Proposals will be reviewed until the available funding is allocated.

To apply, submit the online application.

Those awarded funding will be expected to email a brief impact report to the CTLR.

For project questions contact Amy Morsman, otherwise email ctlr@middlebury.edu for information about applications.
