Donna began working at the College in 1988 as Executive Secretary for the American Collegiate Consortium for East-West Cultural and Academic Exchange (ACC), a grant funded organization housed at Middlebury which facilitated an undergraduate exchange program with the former Soviet Union. 

In 1994 Donna began the position she now holds. Her duties include supporting the dean of faculty by writing contracts for new and reappointed faculty and tracking their dates of appointment and review schedules, processing leaves, and running faculty elections. She also supports the VPAA in administration of the faculty review process, and maintaining information about the positions approved by the Educational Affairs Committee. In addition, she compiles minutes of monthly meetings of the faculty, and the Educational Affairs Committee, prepares faculty surveys, and maintains and edits the College Handbook.
