17th and/or 18th c. French Literature and Culture
The Department of French seeks an Assistant Professor for a tenure-track position, beginning September 2013, in 17th- and/or 18th-century literature and cultural studies. The successful candidate will teach courses in French language and literature.Applicants must have native or near-native command of French and must have completed all Ph.D. requirements by August 2013. Candidates should provide evidence of commitment to excellent teaching (including language) and scholarly potential.
