Thomas Preston, our colleague from the German Department, returns to the CTLR this Fall with his workshop on taking these mid-semester checks to a new level: collegial mid-course reviews. In this late afternoon session, we will introduce you to the process of conducting a brief, collegial mid-course review with a partner, dispel common feedback anxieties, discuss the program's value, and begin planning visits for faculty pairs this semester. Faculty and students alike have described this process as a transformative experience. Come learn more about it over tea and cookies in the CTLR. Please register by Monday, September 30 at 5 PM.
