ISSS Email to Intl Students and Scholars (faculty, researchers, staff)
Dear International Students and Scholars (faculty, researchers, staff):
International Student and Scholar Services is thinking about you as you begin to settle into your new routines for the remainder of spring term 2020. We hope you are safe and healthy as we all find new ways of studying, working, and taking care of ourselves in these unprecedented times.
Because many of you are now studying or working in vastly different physical spaces than before spring break, it is important that we know where you are currently located. As the sponsor of your visa status, Middlebury maintains and must update visa-related records when the physical locations of our international students, staff, and faculty change. However, it is up to you to report this information to ISSS within 10 days of moving to a new location. Because there has been so much movement over the past three weeks, we need you to fill out the Google form below to update us about your physical location and address so that we can help you maintain your visa status.
It is important that you fill out this form, even if you have recently emailed us about an address change or filled out an Address Update form, as we may be required to take action to update your SEVIS record or to modify your visa sponsorship documents.

If you move again after you fill out this Google form, you must report the change, as usual, via our Address Update form on the ISSS website within 10 days of your move.
